CoGig has since 2013 been working with the vision for the power in business to be equally distributed between women and men. As People Partner in employer branding and recruitment, CoGig works with three annual talent programs for women and non-binary persons in engineering studies, network-based recruitment and development in employer branding via events and workshops. We are proud to collaborate with several of the most influential companies in Sweden to transform our vision into reality.

EQUALITY
When recruiting, it is important to assess women and men in the same way. Often, however, women are hired based on competence and men based on potential.
When you recruit women, it is important to think about, for example, keeping the list of requirements with hard skills short and remembering the soft ones.
