Female Tech Engineer Sweden is CoGig’s talent program for female* engineering students who want to explore the technology of the future, build a strong network, and connect with some of the Nordic region’s leading employers. Every winter, the program brings together ambitious students and partner companies for inspiring meetings, company visits, and activities focused on technology, innovation, and digitalization.
Throughout the program, participants deepen their knowledge of emerging technologies, meet engineers and specialists working in the industry, and build valuable relationships with both companies and fellow participants. Many of the connections made during the program continue long after graduation. Applications for this year’s program are closed, but you can already register your interest in Female Tech Engineer Sweden 2027.
*The program is open to anyone who identifies as a woman, as well as those who experience or are affected by female-coded norms or experiences. This includes both cisgender women and non-binary people who identify with this description.

Inspiration Day marks the start of the program and gives participants a first introduction to both the partner companies and the program itself. Through mini-workshops, a case exercise, and meetings with company representatives, participants get to explore the technology of the future, get to know one another, and make their first connections ahead of the rest of the program.
At the same time, partner companies have the opportunity to meet the participants in a natural setting and start building relationships that will continue to develop throughout the program.
