At the same time, partner companies have their first opportunity to meet the participants in a natural setting and start building relationships that continue to develop throughout the program.

It feels incredible to be part of this program. When I applied, I remember thinking, “I really hope I get accepted” — and it has been an amazing experience.

This experience has made me more confident about future roles and helped me understand what I can actually contribute. I truly believe you can go a long way by being genuine, being yourself, and being kind.
