ARE YOU THE FUTURE LEADER WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Female Leader Engineer is one of CoGig's annual talent programs that is arranged every year in October-November, which gives female* engineering students the opportunity to make valuable contacts with some of Sweden's most prominent companies with a focus on leadership. The application for the program opens august 11, 2025. Through the program, the students get to develop their leadership potential and build a strong business network among both the companies and the other students for the future.
The program is aimed at female engineering students in their fifth year who are aiming for a future career in leadership. We welcome applicants with previous leadership experience, whether from studies, work or other initiatives. To participate, the student also needs to be proficient in English, both spoken and written. Both Swedish and international students at Swedish universities are welcome to apply. The program runs in english.
*The program is for everyone who identifies as a woman and those who are subjected to or are affected by female-coded norms or experiences. This includes both cis women and non-binary people who identify with this description.

Before the program starts, we will meet digitally for a welcome meeting . This will be the first opportunity for participants to meet us at CoGig, who are behind Female Leader Engineer. During the meeting, you will get an overview of the program and what you can expect in the coming months. It will also be a chance for us to welcome you personally and give you an introduction to the exciting moments that await in the program.

WHO CAN APPLY?
We are looking for driven and committed engineering students who want to develop in leadership and are interested in taking the next step in their engineering career even before graduation. The program is aimed at women* in their fifth year of engineering studies who want to explore their future opportunities in leadership and innovation. It is a fantastic opportunity to get to know our partner companies and make valuable contacts for the future.
To apply to the program you need to meet the following criteria:
