Even you who come into contact with CoGig in connection with a recruitment process or other context may be offered to become a member of our business network.
DEVELOPMENT & BUSINESS NETWORK
We organize events, in real life and online, where we at CoGig share our experience to advance your career. It also means that you get the opportunity to meet other female engineers, to be inspired by each other and perhaps advise on career paths.
SURVEYS
We will contact you from time to time for investigative purposes. Surveys help us keep ourselves, the network and our clients up-to-date on trends related to recruitment.
NEW OPPORTUNITIES
We always first consider the competencies of our business network when we are recruiting for a role for a customer. This means that the network gets first priority on our recruitment opportunities. Sometimes the timing is not right, then we are happy to take tips from friends or acquaintances. And when it's time to change jobs, we try to find something that fits.
COACHING
We offer coaching calls to the members of the business network, as we can advice on, for example, job applications and interviews.
Today, the network has grown to include both program alumni and engineers that we have come into contact with through our recruitment processes and networking events. The network has a variety of skills such as leadership and specialists in data, production, sustainability, energy and logistics. We are convinced that there are many possible matches to be made between the engineers within the network and our partner companies.
