Networking is one of the most important ingredients when it comes to a successful career. Business networks have traditionally been created and used mostly by men and that is something that CoGig wants to change. Our business network began to form already in 2013 in connection with our first talent program and has continued to grow with all programs that followed and in other contexts where we have met talented women and non-binary engineers.
