COGIG'S TALENT PROGRAMS

OUR SELECTION OF PARTICIPANTS

To ensure that we find the engineering students with the greatest potential, we use a structured selection process that focuses on relevant factors. The assessment is based on the various steps in the application process including tests, previous experience, review of your CV and your answers to the specific questions for each programme. At the same time, we strongly value drive and passion – we believe that these are the qualities that really make a difference. So if you are passionate about leadership, technology or tech, don't hesitate to apply!

ASSESSMENT

1. APPLICATION

Update your resume to include any relevant experience, especially in technical problem solving, tech or leadership. Instead of attaching a traditional cover letter, you will be asked to answer two short questions about your experience and interest, as well as your professional goals for the next 3-5 years.

2. LOGIC TEST

You will complete a logic test via the Alva Labs platform. This test helps us assess your ability to reason and identify logical patterns of varying complexity. Research shows that this type of test is a good indicator of the ability to analyze and solve problems.

3. PERSONALITY TEST

As part of the application process, you will also complete a personality test. This gives you two advantages: you get an opportunity to reflect on and get to know yourself better, while at the same time we can see how your personal characteristics match the traits that often characterize the type of profile we are looking for for each program. If you are accepted to one of the programs, you will also have the opportunity to delve further into the results together with us from CoGig.

4. ASSESSMENT

Once you have submitted your complete application and completed the tests, our recruiters at CoGig will evaluate your application. The assessment is based on your merits, test results as well as your drive and passion - something we value here at CoGig.

5. ADMISSIONS NOTICE

Admission notice is given personally by telephone to the participants who are selected for the program. During the conversation, you will receive more information about the next step and what you can expect in the future. For those who are not accepted into the program, a notification is sent via e-mail.

WHO CAN APPLY?

The criteria may vary slightly depending on which of our programs you want to apply to. Although the general requirements are similar, there are some specific aspects that differ between the programs.
