Female Technical Engineer Sweden is CoGig’s talent program for female* engineering students who want to explore opportunities within industry, build a strong network, and connect with some of the Nordic region’s leading employers. Every spring, the program brings together ambitious students and partner companies for inspiring meetings, company visits, and activities focused on technology, innovation, and the future of industry.
Throughout the program, participants gain unique insight into some of Sweden’s most exciting technology and industrial companies, meet engineers and specialists working in the industry, and build valuable relationships with both companies and fellow participants.
Many of the connections made during the program continue long after graduation. Applications for this year’s program are closed, but you can already register your interest in Female Technical Engineer Sweden 2027.
*The program is open to anyone who identifies as a woman, as well as those who experience or are affected by female-coded norms or experiences. This includes both cisgender women and non-binary people who identify with this description.

Inspiration Day marks the start of the program and gives participants a first introduction to both the partner companies and the program itself. Through inspiring mini-workshops, a case exercise, and meetings with company representatives, participants get to explore the future of industry, get to know one another, and make their first connections ahead of the rest of the program.
At the same time, partner companies have the opportunity to meet the participants in a natural setting and start building relationships that continue to develop throughout the program.
