ARE YOU THE FUTURE INNOVATOR WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Female Technical Engineer is one of CoGig's annual talent programs that is arranged every year in March-May, which gives female* engineering students the opportunity to make valuable contacts with some of Sweden's most prominent companies with a focus on industry and technical innovation. Through the program, the students get to develop and build a strong business network among both the companies and the other students for the future.
The program is aimed at female civil and university engineering students in their penultimate or final year who are aiming for a future career in technology and industry. We welcome applicants with previous experience in technology, whether it comes from study, work or other initiatives. To participate, the student also needs to be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written. The program is held in Swedish.
*The program is for everyone who identifies as a woman and those who are subjected to or are affected by female-coded norms or experiences. This includes both cis women and non-binary people who identify with this description.

Before the program starts, we will meet digitally for a welcome meeting . This will be the first opportunity for participants to meet us at CoGig, who are behind Female Leader Engineer. During the meeting, you will get an overview of the program and what you can expect in the coming months. It will also be a chance for us to welcome you personally and give you an introduction to the exciting moments that await in the program.

WHO CAN APPLY?
We are looking for driven and committed engineering students who want to develop in technical innovation and are interested in taking the next step in their engineering career even before graduation. The program is aimed at women* in their penultimate or final year of civil or university engineering studies and who want to explore their future opportunities in technology and industry. It is a fantastic opportunity to get to know our partner companies and make valuable contacts for the future.
To apply to the program you need to meet the following criteria:
Study your final or penultimate year of a civil or university engineering education
Has the ambition to make a career in a technical specialist area in the future
Interested in our partner companies
Have some form of previous experience in technology
Proficient in Swedish both spoken and written
