Through facilitated workshops with CoGig as a sounding board, you get the opportunity to fully focus on creating energy and take part in new insights as part of planning your strategic work with diversity and inclusion.

We call it the Sounding Board.

ARRANGEMENT

We conduct two consecutive workshops with a limited number of participants from the management team, the HR department or with recruiting managers. 

​

The theme can vary but is often how to attract and retain talent. 

​

At our workshops, we lecture on equality, diversity and inclusion and alternate with various exercises and discussions. 

​

CoGig transfers knowledge, acts as a sounding board and facilitates these meetings so that you leave with newfound insights and concrete plans for the next step.
