ARRANGEMENT
We conduct two consecutive workshops with a limited number of participants from, for example, the management team, the HR department or with recruiting managers.
The theme can vary but is often asked how to both attract and retain talent. At our workshops, we lecture on equality, diversity and inclusion and alternate with various exercises and discussions.
CoGig transfers knowledge, acts as a sounding board and facilitates these meetings so that you leave with newfound insights and concrete plans for the next step.
