FEMALE LEADER ENGINEER FINLAND

Female Leader Engineer Finland is a talent program for female* engineering students who want to grow as leaders and shape their future careers while still studying. Together with our partner companies, you’ll gain real insights into working life, meet inspiring leaders, and explore diverse career opportunities in engineering and technology. The program runs alongside your studies, is completely free of charge and offers a unique journey focused on leadership development, career exploration, and building a strong professional network.

*The program is for everyone who identifies as a woman and those who are subjected to or are affected by female-coded norms or experiences. This includes both cis women and non-binary people who identify with this description. BY JOINING THIS PROGRAM, YOU WILL:
