FEMALE LEADER ENGINEER FINLAND 2026

Do you want to grow as a leader, strengthen your self-awareness, and get a taste of what it's like to work with some of Finland's most influential companies?

Female Leader Engineer Finland is a talent program for female* engineering students who are passionate about leadership and want to be leaders in the future. Together with our partner companies, we want to give you an insight into working life and the exciting opportunities that exist within leadership. The program runs alongside your studies and is a journey full of possibilities.

*The program is for everyone who identifies as a woman and those who are subjected to or are affected by female-coded norms or experiences. This includes both cis women and non-binary people who identify with this description.

What do we offer?

Throughout the program, you’ll get to experience:

Case challenges – engaging, real-world cases in collaboration with other participants and representatives from our partner companies.

• Workshop – an interactive session focused on self-leadership, communication, decision-making, and team development.

• Company visits – exclusive access to some of Finland's leading companies (Boliden, Fortum, Stora Enso & Atlas Copco) where you'll meet inspiring leaders and gain insight into how they work with innovation, sustainability, and leadership.

• Personal development – tools and coaching to boost your self-awareness and help you understand who you are as a leader.

• A growing network – connect with other driven talents, industry professionals, and inspiring leaders from a wide range of fields.

• Travel and accommodation included – we cover all travel and lodging expenses related to the program.

  
  

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for individuals who:

• Are in their 4th or 5th year of engineering studies.

• Have a genuine interest in leadership, personal development, and making an impact.

• Wants to challenge themselves, collaborate in teams, and meet other driven individuals.

• Are curious, proactive, and eager to grow – both personally and professionally.

🔹 Cost: Free of charge. Travel and accommodation are covered by the program.
