OUR TALENT PROGRAMS

CoGig runs three unique annual talent programs. As a partner company in one of CoGig's talent programs, you are offered a unique opportunity to meet and market yourself to the attractive target group of women and non-binary persons in engineering studies at the end of their education. After the program has been completed, there is also the opportunity to recruit the participants.

Our three talent programs have a similar structure, but target different profiles and are carried out at different times each year. Female Leader Engineer attracts engineering students who wish to take on a leadership role in the future. Female Tech Engineer is for engineering students who want to develop future systems and products within IT/tech. Female Technical Engineer attracts engineering students who want to work more specialized in technological innovation.
