OUR TALENT PROGRAMS
Each year, CoGig runs three different talent programs for women and non-binary persons in engineering studies at the end of their education, with the main aim of inspiring more women and non-binary persons to work in technology or tech or take a leadership role. The programs offer unique meeting places for Swedish companies and women and non-binary persons in engineering studies.
Via a tailor-made program with, among other things, exclusive visits to the partner companies, you as a selected participant get a deeper understanding of the companies' operations and challenges, as well as the opportunity to discover what types of roles you can take on in the future.
In addition, as a participant you develop by, among other things, taking behavioral and logic tests, receiving feedback on your performance during the program and in various professional contexts practicing to act together with representatives from large and influential technology companies.
Our three talent programs have a similar structure, but target different profiles and are carried out at different times each year. Female Leader Engineer attracts you who wish to take on a leadership role in the future. Female Tech Engineer is for you who want to work on developing future systems and products within IT/tech. Female Technical Engineer attracts you who want to work more specialized with technical innovation.
