COGIG
WE BUILD BRIDGES BETWEEN THE ENGINEERS OF THE FUTURE AND LEADING EMPLOYERS
Since 2013, CoGig has been creating connections that lead to careers, collaborations, and long-term relationships. Through talent programs, employer branding, and recruitment, we help companies connect with the engineers of the future – while they are still studying.

WHO IS COGIG?
CoGig creates opportunities for students and employers to truly get to know each other. Through our talent programs, students get to explore different industries, develop alongside leading companies, and build a network that stays with them long after graduation. At the same time, our partner companies have the opportunity to meet the engineers of the future, strengthen their employer brand, and build relationships with tomorrow’s talent.
We believe the best partnerships start with a conversation – not a job ad.

THE STORY BEHIND COGIG
FOUR ENGINEERS. ONE SHARED VISION.
The story of CoGig began long before the company was founded.
In 2004, KTH Royal Institute of Technology launched the Female Leader Engineer leadership program to give female engineering students the opportunity to develop, build networks, and gain exposure to working life while still studying. When KTH decided to end the program in 2013, four former participants stepped in. Having experienced the impact of the program themselves, they wanted to give future students the same opportunity.
That’s why they founded CoGig and took over responsibility for Female Leader Engineer – with a vision to create more connections between students and employers. Since then, the organization has grown to include more talent programs, a growing alumni network, and long-term partnerships with leading companies in Sweden and Finland.
What started as a program at KTH has today evolved into a growing network that continues to create opportunities for the engineers of the future.
