The recruitment company CoGig works for greater equality in business. Since the start in 2013, we have collaborated with many of the Nordics' leading companies and at the same time built a large network with Sweden's leading female engineers.
Via Female Technical Engineer – one of our three development programs for female engineers – we work to make more people want to work with technical innovation. Many valuable contacts are made during the course of the program, both for the participants and the partner companies. The program ends with a gala where the jury's choice of winners is presented. It is clear that both participation in the program and the award open doors to future attractive positions in business.

The gala is attended by 40 participants and representatives from the program's eight partners, which are companies that represent several different areas within Swedish industry and see the importance of gender equality (Xylem, Rejlers, LKAB, Holmen, Atlas Copco, Boliden, Schneider Electric).
