CoGig is proud to announce a new partnership with Atlas Copco Group within the talent program Female Leader Engineer Finland. Through this collaboration, the organizations aim to strengthen gender equality in the technology and industrial sectors by supporting and developing the next generation of female engineering leaders.
The technology and industrial sectors are facing increasing challenges related to talent supply, leadership development and diversity. CoGig addresses these challenges through its talent programmes, recruitment services and strong network that creates meaningful meeting points between students and leading industry players.
Female Leader Engineer Finland is aimed at female engineering students in the final phase of their studies. The program focuses on leadership, self-leadership and the role of technology in shaping the future. Participants gain unique insights through company visits, cases, networking events, and interactive sessions where students and companies meet to exchange knowledge, perspectives, and experiences. For the participants, the program offers both personal development and valuable connections ahead of their professional careers.

The next edition of Female Leader Engineer Finland will start in September 2026 and concludes with a final event in October, where one participant is recognized as Female Leader Engineer of the Year. The winner is offered a personal self-leadership development program in collaboration with The New Leadership.
