FEMALE TECH ENGINEER

Female Tech Engineer is a talent program for female* engineering students who want to explore a future in technology – and start building their careers while still studying. Together with our partner companies, you’ll gain real insights into working life, meet inspiring role models, and explore different career paths in tech and engineering. The program runs alongside your studies, is completely free of charge and offers a unique journey focused on both professional growth and community.

*The program is for everyone who identifies as a woman and those who are subjected to or are affected by female-coded norms or experiences. This includes both cis women and non-binary people who identify with this description.

BY JOINING THIS PROGRAM, YOU WILL:
