FEMALE TECH ENGINEER SWEDEN 2025

FEMALE TECH ENGINEER SWEDEN 2025

Do you want to dive deeper into different areas in tech, strengthen your networking skills, and get a taste of what it's like to work with some of Sweden's most influential companies?

Female Tech Engineer is a talent program for female* engineering students who are passionate about tech. Together with our partner companies, Atlas Copco, Munters, Mycronic, KPMG and OSTTRA, we want to give you an insight into working life and the exciting opportunities that exist within tech. The program runs alongside your studies and is a journey full of possibilities.

*The program is for everyone who identifies as a woman and those who are subjected to or are affected by female-coded norms or experiences. This includes both cis women and non-binary people who identify with this description.

What do we offer?
Throughout the program, you’ll get to experience:
  • Case challenge – engaging, real-world cases in collaboration with other participants and representatives from our partner companies.
  • Workshops – interactive sessions with our partner companies. Learn more about their products, workflow and culture.
  • Company visits – exclusive access to some of Sweden’s leading companies, where you'll meet inspiring people within tech and gain insight into how they work with innovation and sustainability.
  • Personal development – tools and coaching to boost your self-awareness through practice-interviews.
  • A growing network – connect with other driven talents, industry professionals, and inspiring leaders from a wide range of industries.
  • Travel and accommodation included – we cover all travel and lodging expenses related to the program.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for individuals who:
  • Are in their first or second year of their masters in engineering.
  • Have a genuine interest in tech, personal development, and making an impact.
  • Wants to challenge themselves, collaborate in teams, and meet other driven individuals.
  • Are curious, proactive, and eager to grow – both personally and professionally.

This is more than just a program – it’s a journey. With us, you're not just a participant – you become part of a community where future tech pioneers are shaped. Every step of the program is designed to give you practical experience and deep personal insights.
