FEMALE LEADER ENGINEER SWEDEN

Female Leader Engineer Sweden is a talent program for female* engineering students who are passionate about leadership and want to be leaders in the future. Together with our partner companies, we want to give you an insight into working life and the exciting opportunities that exist within leadership. The program runs alongside your studies and is a journey full of possibilities.

*The program is for everyone who identifies as a woman and those who are subjected to or are affected by female-coded norms or experiences. This includes both cis women and non-binary people who identify with this description. BY JOINING THIS PROGRAM YOU WILL:
